• You must be 18 years of age to use this site. No adult content will be permitted on this site both in picture and status form. These policies are strictly enforced. Juvo reserves the right to ban and remove profiles that do not adhere to these policies. Please review Juvo Profile Guidelines/Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Service. If your profile is banned or modified and you would like support with this please send an email under "banned profile" for a review by the Juvo team.

Juvo: Terms of Service
• PLEASE READ THIS TERM OF USE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. Soigne Designs ("Company," "we," "our") provides this web site, mobile device software and all site-related services (collectively, the "Site") subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Juvo Terms of Service"). This Agreement governs the relationship between Company and you, the Site visitor and/or member ("you") with respect to your use of the Site. It is important that you read carefully and understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Users who access, download, use, purchase and/or subscribe to the Juvo Services agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Site. Please also read the Company Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right at any time to:
• Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
• Change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the Site; or Change any fees or charges for use of the Site.
• Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may provide by means including, without limitation, posting on the Site or electronic mail. Your continued use of the Site following such changes will be deemed acceptance of such changes. Be sure to return to this page periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version of this Agreement. The Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Juvo. You may receive a copy of this Agreement by visiting our "Contact" tab.

ELIGIBILITY/AGE RESTRICTION
By using the Service You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years old and that You have the authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and that Your use does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your membership in the Service is for Your personal use. You may not authorize third parties to use Your membership (including passwords and profiles) and You may not assign or otherwise transfer Your membership to any other person or entity.
• 1) AGE RESTRICTED ACCESS. NO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS (TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS IN PLACES WHERE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS IS NOT THE AGE OF MAJORITY) MAY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY VIEW, POSSESS OR OTHERWISE USE THE Juvo SERVICES.
• 2) AFFIRMATION OF CURRENT ADULT STATUS. YOU HEREBY AFFIRM AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY OVER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS (TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS IN PLACES WHERE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS IS NOT THE AGE OF MAJORITY) AND YOU ARE CAPABLE OF LAWFULLY ENTERING INTO AND PERFORMING ALL THE OBLIGATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

REGRISTRATION
• Some areas of the Site may require you to be or become a registered user. When and if you register, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form (including your email address) and (b) maintain and update your information (including your email address) to keep it accurate, current and complete. You acknowledge that, if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Site. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a username and password. We may refuse to grant you a username that impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights law, is vulgar or otherwise offensive, or may cause confusion, as determined by us in our sole discretion. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password and agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to the Site to any third party. If you have reason to believe that your account with us is no longer secure, you must promptly change your password and immediately notify us of the problem by visiting our "Contact" tab. YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING PURCHASES, AS APPLICABLE) THAT ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT.

FEES
• You may register as a Member of the Service for free, but if you wish to use certain premium features of the Service You must become a subscriber and pay the fees that are set out in the price list made available via the Service. This price list is part of this Agreement and Company may, at any time, change any fees or charges for using the Service by posting new or revised fees or charges on the price list. All fees paid and purchases made via the Service are subject to the following terms: (i) all fees and purchases are final. No refund will be given for the unused portion of Your subscription even in the event that a Member chooses to suspend or cancel his or her membership or Juvo terminates Your membership due to a violation of this Agreement; and (ii) by purchasing a periodic (e.g., monthly) subscription service, unless You contact Juvo to cancel prior to the expiration of the current terms, You authorize Juvo to renew such subscription automatically at the end of every period and charge the credit card or debit card on file at the renewal rate in effect at the time to such service until such time as You instruct Juvo through its cancellation policy that You wish to modify Your account or cancel. Juvo reserves the right to bill You in smaller increments if billing upfront fails.

LOCATION DATA
• Juvo SERVICES ARE INTENDED ONLY AS PERSONAL, LOCATION-BASED SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUAL USE AND SHOULD NOT BE USED OR RELIED ON AS AN EMERGENCY LOCATOR SYSTEM, USED WHILE DRIVING OR OPERATING VEHICLES, OR USED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY HAZARDOUS ENVIRONMENTS REQUIRING FAIL-SAFE PERFORMANCE, OR ANY OTHER APPLICATION IN WHICH THE FAILURE OR INACCURACY OF THAT APPLICATION OR Juvo SERVICES COULD LEAD DIRECTLY TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. Juvo IS NOT SUITED OR INTENDED FOR FAMILY FINDING PURPOSES, FLEET TRACKING, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF BUSINESS OR ENTERPRISE USE – OTHER PRODUCTS EXIST TODAY THAT MAY BE USED SPECIFICALLY FOR THESE PURPOSES.

NETWORK RULES
Following are some basic rules that apply to the network that you must agree to follow at all times while using any part of the network. If you violate any of these rules, of if we have any reasonable grounds to believe that you have done so, we shall have the right, in addition to pursuing any and all legal remedies available, and in our sole discretion based upon our review of the circumstances, to deny you access to the Network, to suspend or terminate your membership and to refuse to provide you with any future membership.
In connection with your access to and use of the Network, you agree not to:

• Stalk or otherwise harass another;
• Upload, store, post, email or otherwise transmit (collectively, "transmit") any material that is inaccurate, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racist, bigoted or otherwise objectionable;
• Transmit any material that you do not have a right to Transmit under any applicable law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
• Transmit any material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, publicity/privacy right or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any other party;
• Transmit any material that is advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation, except where specifically permitted;
• Transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
• Transmit any private, personally identifiable photos, financial, confidential, or proprietary information of another individual or entity without their express, written permission;
• Use automated means including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from the Network, unless expressly permitted by the Company;
• Copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of the chat and/or messenger clients or any other software the Company provides through the Network;
• Sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, prepare derivative works based on, or otherwise use any of the Company content which is protected by trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights;
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Company's computer systems or engage in activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Network;
• Create multiple user accounts by automated means under false or fraudulent pretenses, including for commercial or any other purposes;
• Attempt to gain access to areas that are private to the Company or to other Network users;
• Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation;
• Collect, intercept or harvest member names;
• Collect, intercept or store personal data about other users of the Network for any commercial or unlawful purposes;
• Solicit or attempt to discover a user's password, member name, or other registration or usage information without the user's express knowledge and prior written consent;
• Engage in or run raffles, lotteries, contests, or sweepstakes;
• Promote or provide instructions of information about how to engage in illegal conduct of commit illegal activities or activities intended to cause disruption to the Network, promote physical harm of injury, or promote any illegal act or act intended to cause harm or disruption to the Network of the Internet in general;
• Post, upload or otherwise distribute any private, personally identifiable photos, financial, confidential, or proprietary information of another individual or entity without their express written permission;
• Store any information or use any Web page or directory you create, including any member profile or posting in or to a public area (such as in chat, or in response to an online poll), on or through the Network as storage for remote loading or as a door or signpost to another Web page, whether inside or outside the Network; or
• Take any other action that is malicious either to the Network, a user, member, the Company or any other third party, such as determination to be in the discretion of the Company alone.
• You acknowledge and agree that the Company may pre-screen adult photographs uploaded to the site to ensure that all photographs comply with site guidelines. Company and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to review and edit, delete, or refuse to post any material submitted for display or placed on the Network, including, without limitation, profiles, images, personals, chat and reviews. Without limiting the foregoing, Company and its designees shall have the right to remove any material that violates this Agreement, that Company believes is in good faith may create liability for it, and/or that Company deems is otherwise objectionable.

SUBMISSIONS AND POSTINGS
By sending or transmitting to us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, concepts, information or other materials (collectively, "Submissions"), or by posting such Submissions to any area of the Site, you grant us and our designees a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicenseable (through multiple tiers), assignable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute (through multiple tiers), create derivative works of, publicly perform, publicly display, digitally perform, make, have made, sell, offer for sale and import such Submissions in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions. None of the Submissions will be subject to any obligation, whether of confidentiality, attribution or otherwise, on our part and we will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions.

LINKS
The Site may contain links to other Internet web sites, including affiliated web sites which may or may not be owned or operated by Company. Company has not reviewed all of the web sites that are or may be linked to the Site, and Company has no control over such sites. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, Company is not responsible for the content of such web sites, any updates or changes to such sites, or the privacy or other practices of such sites, and the fact that Company offers such links does not indicate any approval or endorsement of any material contained on any linked site. Company is providing these links to you only as a convenience. Accordingly, we strongly encourage you to become familiar with the terms of use and practices of any linked site. Further, it is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever links you select or software you download (whether from the Site or other sites) is free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects, date bombs, time bombs and other items of a destructive nature.

CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA") provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by Company infringe your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed, or access to it blocked. The notice must include the following information: (a) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or if multiple copyrighted works located on the Site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works); (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to allow Company to locate the material on the Site; (d) the name, address, telephone number and email address (if available) of the complaining party; (e) a statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (f) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. If you believe in good faith that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed by Company against you, the DMCA permits you to send Company a counter-notice. Notices and counter-notices must meet the then-current statutory requirements imposed by the DMCA; see http://www.loc.gov/copyright/ for details. We suggest that you consult your legal advisor before filing a notice or counter-notice. Also, be aware that there can be penalties for false claims under the DMCA.

OWNERSHIP and PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
The Juvo Services (or referred to as Juvo) are owned and operated by Soigne Designs The Juvo Software, content, visual interfaces, information, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, services, including, but not limited to, the mobile device applications, and all other elements of the Juvo Services are protected by United States copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international laws and conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws. Juvo owns and retains all proprietary rights throughout the Juvo Service provided. The Juvo Web site and the Juvo mobile application templates contain material under copyright. You may not reverse engineer copy, publish, distribute, display, modify, or sell any proprietary information contained within the Juvo service.

USING Juvo/REMOVAL OF USER SERVICES
• If you elect to register for an account with Juvo, you represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; and (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Juvo account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Juvo account. You agree to immediately notify Juvo of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use of your Juvo account or any other breach of security. Juvo cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
• Juvo RESERVES THE RIGHT, BUT HAS NO OBLIGATION, TO HAVE OUR SYSTEMS MONITOR ANY USER'S USE OF THE Juvo SERVICE, INCLUDING A USER'S REGISTRATION OR INVITE-A-FRIEND ATTEMPTS, AS WELL AS A USER'S USE OF OR ACCESS TO THE LOCATION INFORMATION AND PROFILES OF OTHER USERS. ACCORDINGLY, Juvo ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO (A) DISABLE ANY USER'S USE OF OR ACCESS TO THE Juvo SERVICES, INCLUDING THE LOCATION INFORMATION OR PROFILES OF OTHER USERS, OR (B) TERMINATE ANY USER'S ACCOUNT, FOR ANY REASON AND WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.
• You alone are responsible for your involvement with other Users. You agree that Juvo will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any such interactions. Juvo reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disagreements between you and other Users.
• Juvo does not control the content of User accounts and profiles. Juvo has the right, but does not have any obligation, to monitor such content for any purpose. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all content and material that you provide to the Juvo Services.
• PLEASE NOTE: Juvo RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCESS/BAN ANY USER, FOR ANY REASON AND WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.

END USER LICENSES
• Mobile Device. To use the Juvo Software you must have a mobile device that is compatible with the Juvo Services. Juvo does not warrant that the Juvo Services will be compatible with your mobile device.
• License Grant. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Juvo hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to (i) use a compiled code copy of the Juvo Software for one Juvo Services account on one mobile device owned or leased solely by you, for your personal, noncommercial use and (ii) use the Juvo Services (other than the Juvo Software) for your personal, noncommercial use.
• Restrictions. You may not: (i) modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Juvo Software, except to the extent that such restriction is expressly prohibited by law; (ii) rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the Juvo Software to any third party or use the Juvo Software to provide time sharing or similar services for any third party; (iii) make any copies of the Juvo Software; (iv) remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Juvo Software, features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content accessible through the Juvo Software, or features that enforce limitations on use of the Juvo Software; or (v) delete the copyright and other proprietary rights notices on the Juvo Software.
• Software Upgrades. You acknowledge that Juvo may from time to time issue upgraded versions of the Juvo Software, and may automatically electronically upgrade the version of the Juvo Software that you are using on your mobile device. You consent to such automatic upgrading on your mobile device, and agree that the terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply to all such upgrades. You agree that Juvo will not be liable to you for any such modifications.
• Open Source. With respect to any open source or third-party code that may be incorporated in the Juvo Software, such open source code is covered by the applicable open source or third-party license EULA, if any, authorizing use of such code. Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under, or grants you rights that supersede, the terms and conditions of any applicable end user license for such open source software. In particular, nothing in this Agreement restricts your right to copy, modify, and distribute such open source software that is subject to the terms of the GNU General Public License.
• Rights Reserved. The foregoing license grant under this Agreement is not a sale of the Juvo Software or any copy thereof and Juvo or its third party partners or suppliers retain all right, title, and interest in the Juvo Software (and any copy thereof). Any attempt by you to transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations hereunder, except as expressly provided for in this Agreement, is void. Juvo reserves all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement.
• Trademarks, Service Marks and Logos. The name of this web site is a service mark of Juvo. No use of this mark shall be permitted except through the prior written authorization and permission of Juvo. All rights reserved.
• Government End Users. If this Juvo Software is being acquired on behalf of the United States Government, then the following provision applies. Use, duplication, or disclosure of the Juvo Software by the U.S. Government is subject to restrictions set forth in this Agreement and as provided in DFARS 227.7202-1(a) and 227.7202-3(a) (1995), DFARS 252.227-7013(c)(1)(ii) (OCT 1988), FAR 12.212(a) (1995), FAR 52.227-19, or FAR 52.227-14 (ALT III), as applicable.
• Export Control. The Juvo Software originates in the United States, and is subject to United States export laws and regulations. The Juvo Software may not be exported or re-exported to certain countries or those persons or entities prohibited from receiving exports from the United States. In addition, the Juvo Software may be subject to the import and export laws of other countries. You agree to comply with all United States and foreign laws related to use of the Juvo Software and the Juvo Services.
• App Stores. You acknowledge and agree that the availability of the Juvo Software is dependent on the third party from which you received the Juvo Software, e.g., the Android Market or Apple app store (each, an "App Store"). You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Juvo and not with the App Store. Each App Store may have its own terms and conditions to which you must agree before downloading the Juvo Software from it. You agree to comply with, and your license to use the Juvo Software is conditioned upon your compliance with, all applicable terms and conditions of the applicable App Store.

DISCLAIMERS
THE SITE, THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE, ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE AND ANY SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS, SPONSORS AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS, SPONSORS AND AGENTS DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE, THE SERVER(S) ON WHICH THE SITE IS HOSTED OR SOFTWARE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING AND MAINTAINING ALL TELEPHONE, COMPUTER HARDWARE AND OTHER EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO ACCESS AND USE THE SITE, AND ALL CHARGES RELATED THERETO. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND ANY SOFTWARE AND YOUR RELIANCE THEREON. NO OPINION, ADVICE OR STATEMENT OF COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS, SPONSORS, AGENTS, MEMBERS OR VISITORS, WHETHER MADE ON THE SITE, IN THE SOFTWARE OR OTHERWISE, SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY. YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND ANY MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

A possibility exists that the Site or Materials could include inaccuracies or errors, or information or materials that violate these Terms of Use (specifically, the Code of Conduct above). Additionally, a possibility exists that unauthorized alterations could be made by third parties to the Site or Materials. Although we attempt to ensure the integrity of the Site, we make no guarantees as to the Site's completeness or correctness. In the event that a situation arises in which the Site's completeness or correctness is in question, please contact us at app support at www.juvomobile.com with, if possible, a description of the material to be checked and the location (URL) where such material can be found on the Site, as well as information sufficient to enable us to contact you. We will try to address your concerns as soon as reasonably practicable.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Juvo (and its affiliated companies, contractors, employees, agents, and suppliers and partners) harmless from any and all claims, suits, actions, losses, costs, damages, and any other liabilities, including attorneys' fees, brought by a third party arising out of or related to (a) your use or misuse of any location information or the other Services generally, (b) any violation of the rights of any other person or entity by you, (c) any breach or violation by you of this Agreement, or (d) your use Juvo Services to meet another User in-person or to locate and attend any offline place or event. Juvo reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NEITHER COMPANY NOR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS OR SPONSORS, NOR OUR OR THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES, ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY MEMBER COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY, NOR THE USE OR MISUSE BY ANY MEMBER COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY OF ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED ON-LINE AND ACCESSSED BY ANY MEMBER COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY, NOR FOR ANY DELAY, REJECTION OR OTHER OUTCOME RESULTING FROM THE APPLICATION ADMISSIONS PROCESS OF ANY MEMBER COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY, NOR FOR ANY PARTICULAR USER OR STUDENT CANDIDATE'S APPLICATION, ADMISSION OR ACCEPTANCE STATUS WITH ANY MEMBER COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY, NOR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA OR LOST PROFITS), UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE SITE AND/OR MATERIALS CONTAINED ON THE SITE, ANY SOFTWARE, ANY LINKED SITE OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE, MATERIALS, SOFTWARE OR ANY LINKED SITE IS TO STOP USING THE SITE, MATERIALS, SOFTWARE OR LINKED SITE, AS APPLICABLE. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO COMPANY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO ACCESS THE SITE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States of America, without regards to its principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any State or Federal court located in Prince George's County, Maryland, United States of America, and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire Agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral Agreements between us with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement is not assignable, transferable or sublicenseable by you except with Company's prior written consent. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Any heading, caption or section title contained in this Agreement is inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way defines or explains any section or provision hereof.

Juvo: Profile Guidelines
We reserve the right to remove/adjust any photo and/or text we perceive to be outside these guidelines.

• No sexually explicit, revealing, or overly suggestive photos of any kind.
• No nudity or physically revealing clothing of any kind.
• No exposed undergarments of any kind visible in the photo besides obvious swimwear.
• No image used to advertise businesses, services, goods, events, websites, apps or any forms of solicitation.
• No profanity, vulgar language or curse words layered on your photo.
• No images that display bodily fluids of any kind.
• No images of firearms, weapons, drugs or drug paraphernalia.
• No copyrighted pictures or illustrations.
• No impersonating another user, person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent an affiliation with said subjects.
• No photos that contain sex props and sex toys, or any sexually suggestive objects.
• No sexually explicit or overly suggestive text.
• No profanity or curse words, including abbreviations, masking and fill-ins.
• No text that incites racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind.
• No wording used to advertise businesses, services, goods, events, websites, apps or any forms of solicitation.
• No mention of drugs or illegal activities will be permitted.
• No links of any kind will be allowed anywhere on the profile.

Violating any of these guidelines could result in the removal of your profile permanently from Juvo. Any inquiries regarding this process should be made via our contact page.

Juvo Privacy Policy
By accessing the Juvo service you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following privacy policy. In order for Juvo to work with your iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, or other mobile device, we must collect your Device Identification Code or "DIC". The DIC is a special type of identifier used in software applications in order to provide a unique reference number for applications like those used by your mobile device. Your DIC is not shared with other users.

You understand that when you use Juvo, certain information you post or provide on Juvo may be shared with other users, including without limitation your profile, comments, photographs and locations. In addition, you understand that use of Juvo may include the disclosure and display of your location/distance data to other users. Juvo users can use the search feature to search for other members by different criteria, like gender. The information that you enter into your profile will be used for these searches. Please note that if you choose to show your location, the information that is provided to Juvo about your distance will be used within your profile and can be viewed and searched by other Juvo users. Even if you choose to hide your distance information, sophisticated users of Juvo may be able to determine your location. We do not share any of your personal information with any third parties other than our advertising display partners. With these third parties we may use your profile demographics with the exception of your email and billing information. Further, information gathered when an ad request is made is not shared by those third party partners with specific advertisers. Some of our ad partners may target We will not otherwise disclose any personal information without your consent, with the exception of responses to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process; to establish or exercise our rights to defend against legal claims; if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, safety of person or property, violation of our policies, or as otherwise
law.
